Small ceramic vessel with a slender spout used for nasal irrigating. These Neti pots are hand made in Australia creating a slight variation in size and colour. The neti pot is used to introduce a weak saline solution into the nasal cavities the process of which acts to dislodge infection, draw out the congestion, and strengthen the area. They originated in India in the traditional medical practice of Ayurveda. In recent years its use has spread to Japan and the U.S.A.
