Question: How do I apply student price to my shopping cart order?
Answer: At the Checkout page, there is a Comments section where you can add further notes and instructions to your order. Let us know your student number and where you're studying, and we'll apply relevant discounts.
BUYING A GIFT VOUCHER
Question: Do you have gift vouchers?
Answer: Yes, we do have gift vouchers. If you wish to include a message with your gift voucher, please include the wording when you place your order. After you place your order we will issue the voucher with a unique number that allows the recipient to redeem the voucher when ordering via our website, email, phone, or fax.
REDEEMING A GIFT VOUCHER
Question: I have a gift voucher but I live in Wagga Wagga. How can I use it?
Answer: Each gift voucher we issue has a unique number, so you can redeem the voucher when ordering via our website, email, phone, or fax. Just mention the voucher number and your name when placing your order.

Question: Do you accept money orders from Australia Post?
Answer: We do accept money orders. We also accept Visa, and Mastercard, Australian dollar cheques; or direct deposits into our account.
Direct Deposit
Question: how can I pay using direct deposits? Because I know that this needs my authorization.
Answer: Our bank details will be emailed to you if you require them for the payment. The order will be despatched as soon as the payment is received.
Delivery Period
Question: How many days is delivery period before products arrive in the mail if mailing within Melbourne?
Answer: Allow 1-2 days for delivery within Victoria.
Delivery to other countries
Question: Do you post to countries outside of Australia? We are a language school based in Johannesburg, South Africa and would like to know if you would ship materials here. Thanks
Answer: Yes, we can ship available books to other countries such as South Africa. The postage depends on the book weight. A quotation will be sent to you before you are charged. Please note we accept credit card and International Bank Drafts made out in Australian dollars
